Hello FAST Families,

We hope everyone had a great holiday break. Here are our Gym Protocols to create the best learning environment for your athlete and teaching environment for our staff.

• Washing Hands - All athletes are encouraged to wash his / her hands before entering the gym area.

• Class Size - Our classes have an athlete to instructor ratio of between 6:1 and 8:1.  Our highly Advanced and Elite classes will remain at 8:1. 

• Cleaning - Classes will end at 55 minutes to allow for each instructor to clean his / her area. 

• Drop Off + Pick Up Only - Your athlete will need to be dropped off for class in the front of the building.  Pick Up will be in the rear of the building for any classes that ends before 7:45pm.  Your athlete has the option to wash his / her hands or receive hand sanitizer from a Coach when exiting.  Please be ON TIME.  A coach will be with the athletes during Pick Up.  

• Spectators - We are using a rotating spectator schedule in which each athlete will be allowed ONE spectator on their designated weeks. Viewers will be encouraged to wash hands as well.

• Private Lessons - If your athlete is scheduled for a Private Lesson, he / she may have ONE spectator.
