Hello All FAST Families:

Listed below are our Gym Protocols to create the best learning environment for your athlete and teaching environment for our staff.

Class Sizes - Our classes have an athlete to instructor ratio of between 6:1 and 8:1.  Our Advanced and Elite classes will remain at 8:1.

Drop Off & Pick Up - Your athlete will need to be dropped off for class in the front of the building. Pick Up will be in the back of the building for any classes starting before 7pm. Classes starting at 7pm or later will Pick Up in the front of the gym. Please be ON TIME.  A Coach will be with the athletes during Pick Up.

Spectators - We use a rotating spectator schedule in which each athlete will be allowed ONE spectator on their designated weeks.

Private Lessons - If your athlete is scheduled for a Private Lesson, he/she may have ONE spectator at each lesson.
