Classes

We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of all athletes and all levels. The majority of our classes are dual level classes which means your athlete will be able to stay with the same instructor and in the same class even as they progress in ability.

Class Rates:

Rec Tumbling     55 min Class  $80 per month

(There is a $30 annual registration fee for any athlete doing activities in the gym)

(Registration fee covers the current calendar year)

             Tumbling - Beginner

 

This class is for students with little to no experience in tumbling.  The class focuses on the basics like: forward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and backbends. This class grows athletes to progressive skills like front / back walkovers, round-offs, and These skill based classes will teach students the elements and shapes needed to achieve desired tumbling skills.

              Tumbling - Intermediate

 

Handsprings, both front, and back, are the focus of the intermediate level. At this level we will learn and perfect all level 2 skills and specialty passes. Once the athlete shows a mastery of the handspring we will then introduce them to tucks. The teaching methodology involves breaking a skill down to the fundamental elements, training and perfecting each element, and then safely and efficiently combining the elements to properly perform the skills on a consistent basis.

              Tumbling - Advanced

 

A standing back handspring series and solid running tuck are required to join this class.  This class lets students take on new tumbling challenges.  We train all upper-level skills from: standing tucks, layouts, fulls and everything in between.

                 Adult Tumbling 

 

No skills are required to join this class.  This class lets you take on new tumbling challenges.  We train all levels of standing and running tumbling.
