Classes
We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of all athletes at all levels. Classes are dual-level which will ensure your athlete stays with the same instructor and in the same class as they progress in ability.

All Athletes must be age 6 to participate in tumbling classes
or be added to any class waitlists.
(Class availability changes daily - we will reach out with class openings and scheduling)

Class Rates:
Recreational Tumbling: 55 min Class - $80 per month
($30 Annual Registration Fee for all Athletes doing activities in the gym)
(Registration Fee covers the current calendar year)
Tumbling - Beginner 1
​
Beginner 1 Class is for Athletes who have never had any tumbling experience and are brand-new to the sport. This entry level class works on Rolls, Headstands, Bridges, Cartwheels and Round-offs.

Tumbling - Beginner
Our Beginner Classes focus on basic and fundamental skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, and backbends. Kick-overs will slowly be introduced once the basics become solid and consistent, which will prepare your athlete for the Beginner+ class.

Tumbling - Beginner+

Our Beginner+ Class is for Athletes who have their basics perfected and are ready to solidify their kick-overs and begin learning front and back-walkovers. Athletes in this level will also be introduced to front and back-handsprings.

Tumbling - Intermediate
Once front and back-walkovers can be executed well, it is time for your athlete to move up our Intermediate Classes. Athletes will focus and continue to work on front and back-handsprings and how to incorporate them into a running pass. Once handsprings become clean and consistent, tucks will be introduced to prepare them for Advanced classes.

Tumbling - Advanced
A standing back handspring series and solid running tuck are required to join this class. Athletes will train all upper-level skills ranging from standing tucks, layouts, fulls, and upgrades for running front and back passes.

Adult Tumbling
Our Adult Tumbling class is 18 and up and requires no experience to join. The coaches will meet the athlete where they are at, whether they are a complete beginner or seasoned pro, and work from there.
